BMB achieves Cisco Customer
Satisfaction Excellence
BMB is glad to share with their customers the achievement of “Customer Satisfaction Excellence” awarded by Cisco for the 4th consecutive year, in the MENAL region.
BMB is now recognized for Customer Satisfaction Excellence in the Cisco Partner Locator (www.cisco.com/go/partnerlocator).
Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based upon the Customer Satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool (PAL surveys) of the different Certified Partners within each geographic region.
Customer Satisfaction Excellence is a core value that both BMB and Cisco share, and a key driver of our current and future success.
