This May, business and IT executives, users and resellers from across the Middle East, Europe and North Africa (MENA) gathered in Beirut, Lebanon, for the 4th Annual Laserfiche International Conference at the Habtoor Grand Hotel Cnvention Center & Spa. The three days Conference was a great success with around 160 attendees engaging in hands-on training and interactive presentations to boost their content management knowledge amongst the growing Laserfiche MENA community.

Day one kicked off with a keynote from Ms. Phyllis Chen, Managing Director of Laserfiche International, followed by the welcoming speech from Mr. NizarGhannam, BMB’s Chief Operating Officer. Afterward, participants were able to choose from four tracks of more than 40 different class sessions that were personalized to the needs of users, administrators, developers and resellers. Taught by experts from BMB and Laserfiche staff, and featuring Laserfiche users and resellers as guest presenters, the conference sessions highlighted ECM best practices and industry-tailored ways to maximize the value of Laserfiche in organizations through interactive lab sessions, roundtables and customer success stories that described real-world implementations of Laserfiche ECM.

Six customers were honored with Visionary Awards having demonstrated excellence, leadership and innovation in implementing Laserfiche solutions: Service Informatique de l’Armée (Algeria), Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudi Arabia), Ministry of Petroleum (Saudi Arabia), Al Watany Bank of Egypt (Egypt), Solidere (Lebanon) and BankMed (Lebanon).
Laserfiche also honored Itqan Holding from Qatar and Integrated Solutions for Business (ISB) from Saudi Arabia with Partner Excellence Awards in recognition of their outstanding service and technical innovation for their customer communities.
